He is packaged with default skin, so while the skin isn't completely necessary, I highly recommend it.

His other outfits (not including his everyday) are randomly made from base game content. You might want to change them upon opening him in Create-a-Sim.
He is not packaged with the keyblade so thats why its labeled as optional.
